Sequel to the meeting held on 4th May, 2009. I was instructed to initiate contact with you by the Federal Ministry of Finance and Members of the house of senate; they have authorized me to contact you for your unpaid fund.
 
We picked up your file because it was handling in a terrible way and I have been given the mandate to contact you by the CBN Governor for conclusion of your payment through Nigeria Account in United State and Canada.
 
We are undergoing an investigation and if anybody is found guilty or having hands in extorting money from you we will arrest him and hand him over to the Funds Investigation Unit and the Financial Security Council.

You are advice to re-send to us your full name, address and telephone number. As soon as your information are received, your fund will be affected to you through the treasury of the external reserve into your nominated bank account.
