            I receip you mail and I try to explain my suggest: will be good to create a fille in frogastar called "terapy of group", where the audience can talk about them self, been guiate for you, example: today talk about the food, why is the wors food like you eat in your life?, and how that make you feel?, all expone your feelings and you choice someone and ask to the audience, what thing about the experience of....cookie?,  choice someone on line ( of the guestbook) and ans, like a terapy of group, and next all talking with all, simple.
