FROGSTAR has installed the popular ASP mail handling software ASPMail from Server Objects. This mail system is one of the best selling ASP mail handlers, and is recognized directly by many available forum, guestbook and form handling scripts.

As a service to web designers who host pages on our server, Frogstar provides two easy ways to handle your web based forms.

(1)  FormMail.asp Form Handler

This freeware form handler is the easiest self-serve way to have your own web forms output to an email address.  It is easy to use and install, and offers a functional way to receive form data.

FormMail.asp is a freeware form handler that provides form handling functionality commonly associated with Perl (CGI) script handlers.  It offers features not available in the standard Microsoft FrontPage form handler, and is easier to use than Perl form handlers such as formmail.cgi because it uses hidden form fields, as opposed to hard coding parameters in complex non-html scripts.

The advantages include

1. using the same form handler for different forms with different results
2. not having to edit complex CGI Perl scripts
3. forms can be processed based on a respondent's form selections

(2) Custom ASP Forms

Using the powerful ASPMail software installed on the Frogstar server, we are able to make custom forms for your web site.  These can include very attractive HTML quality emails sent to your address, or the end user, or even addressed to a fax machine using our unique 2Fax email-2-fax service.  Ask for details.
