I have a theory about the history and origins and current use of jewelry, and accessories - including ties.

An unspoken truth that can be an aid to success.

First:

T Shirts are great if they fulfill three uses.

1) Provide a smile
2) Reflect your style or opinion without words
3) Starts a conversation.

The best T shirts start conversations. They come with a story, or they create a story. They allow you, as a human, to break the ice with a smile and a generic "IN" to a conversation with a friend or stranger.

Those who are afraid to upgrade
Those who upgrade to early or without reason

Those who follow their gut
those who follow the rules

There are two types of people at any given moment - One of one kind, and then an alternative. Alternatives must exist for free will to exist, and free will is the foundation of many theories of existence.

Everything we know is a choice or an option.  We like the concept that we get to choose.  Choice defines us more than anything else.  Our choice of clothes, or style, or food, or car or location.

Are right and wrong taught, or born?  Are some minds more prone to breaking the rules, and some sworn to uphold them.

I ponder... in the Animal Kingdom, do some animals steal and cheat, and others not? More interestingly, does this occur with entire species, or breeds, or in general? Do some birds steal nest supplies, and others find their own?

Lunch time comentary.

As I grow older, more and more change takes place in the world, and more things make me say; "when I was a kid", or worse; "back in my day..."

In our youth, it’s always the old people making those remarks, and every time we catch ourselves saying it, we feel a little older.

Today, as I sit at Pizza Hut for my lunch buffet, I say it again. I remember a time when the public wasn't terrified of drinking straws. It was last week apparently.

I recently had an interesting thread of discussion with one of my Facebook friends. It started because I posted my status as "Happy Not American Day" on July 1st, which is tradiationally known as Canada Day. It's the red and white equivalent of the red/white/blue July 4th.

One of the jokes I remember the comedian Gallagher for, was a single line.  The  bigger a crowd, the more people show up for it.  Small crowd; not many people show up.  I'm sorry if I misquoted the original, but the truth is Gallagher will probably always be remembered as the guy who squashed watermelons on stage anyway.  http://www.gallaghersmash.com/

I listen to Howard Stern most mornings, and they play a radio commercial for Ashley Madison. That is a company and web site that has decided to stand out from every other dating site, by marketing to people who are already in committed relationships, but want something more - on the side. A site dedicated to cheating, otherwise known as Adultery.

How is this possible?

In the American states listed below, adultery is illegal. In the entire world, it's still one of the Christian ten commandments.

Is it possible - they want it to suck?
It's bad on purpose?
There is more money in replacing something we hate than something we love.

I read a blog entry today that hinted at a conspiracy-like theory that Microsoft internationally leaked a pre-release beta copy of Windows 7 onto the bit torrent pirate tool web sites. Almost all the reviews of Windows 7 are positive, and the Beta seems to be receiving great respect as a solid replacement for Windows Vista.
