New Additions

Every week I'll try to ad new images to the collection and new WAV sound bites to the archive.  The images add easily, but the sound files take a lot more time.  Anybody who is interested in helping identify, label or sort images and sound files, let me know.

I've been busy converting all the images from the old Frogstar, and adding hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of new ones.  If you're bored during the day, maybe you'd like to volenteer helping me sort through the categories.

We now have almost 10,000 pages of fun here at Frogstar - and counting.

Star Trek cross promotion.

May 11th... true fans of Star Trek will probably have seen the new film by now in most countries.  In keeping with that hype, I decide to convert the STAR TREK wav file collection from the old format to the new format first.

All my Trek related audio soundbites are now INSTANT PLAY with options to download them in either MP3 or WAV format for use as ringtones or Windows error tones or whatever you like.  Enjoy!

May 1st Update

Happy May!  Spring time in my neighbourhood.

Spring cleaning is the norm, where people throw stuff out - but here at Frogstar we did the reverse.  We've added over 5000 new images are more are coming every week.

PLUS:  We now let you guys contribute.  Send us an image, or a sound, or a joke or story.  Send us anything and if it makes me smile, I'll add it to the collection.  Click the FEEDBACK link on the right of the page.

Frogstar.com - 2009 Edition

WELCOME or WELCOME BACK

If this is your first time visiting Frogstar.com then you won't realize how different it looks and operates.

FROGSTAR.COM has been a humour site for over 10 years with a novel difference. It's a personal site and the webmaster is available for chat, webcam lurking, questions and answers or general feedback.

The NEW FROGSTAR debuted the first week of 2009 and it's all new. There are over 10,000 pages of content both original and collected. For 2009 several new content areas and sections have appeared, and many of Frogstar's old favourites are back.

The image libraries are still being imported and refreshed over the next few weeks.

Look around. Stay a while. It'll take some time to see it all. My favourites are the RANDOM buttons and images and bits of wisdom. They can be fun time wasters when you're bored.

As always, Frogstar is a hobby web site, not a business although for 2009 we've added advertisements. The best way you can show your fanship of Frogstar is to spread the word. Tell your friends, share the pages that made you smile. Blog!

Welcome to the PREVIEW

If you're looking at this web site in December of 2008, then you're one of my invited guests to preview it before the rest of the world... or at least the rest of the Frogstar fanship.

Welcome.

Frogstar.com has been around for over ten years and for the last three or so, I've been hinting about an upgrade and a new version.  It's just been such a huge monster task, it's taken me forever - like anything else.  I'm a procrastinator.  This web site contains over 10,000 pages of fun content, and that is a lot to change and update.

I'm proud of what Frogstar was - and even more proud of what it will be for 2009 and beyond.  The banner you see above (as of December 16th) isn't the final version.  A lot will change before the January premier - but you can still look around and comment about whatever you desire.

Ideas are always welcome.  Corrections, criticisms and options will not be attacked.
